We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and securely. Here's how we do it.

πŸ“¦ When will my order be shipped?

  • Order before 3 PM on a business day and we'll ship it the same day.
  • We ship our parcels via PostNL, DPD, or DHL β€” always including Track & Trace and insurance.

If this isn't possible due to circumstances, we'll let you know.

πŸš› How quickly will my order be delivered?

In most cases, your package will be delivered the next business day . However, we are dependent on the delivery services.

πŸ“ Not at home when delivery is due?

  • Your package will be taken to a collection point.
  • Not collected or refused = returned.
  • We then charge return costs: €8.95 (Netherlands) | €11.95 (Belgium,Germany, Austria & France)
  • This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
  • Returns from outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom and the United States) are at the customer’s expense and may be significantly higher.

πŸ“¦πŸ’₯ Damaged delivery

All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, so we can resolve this properly.

Important:

In order to file a damage claim with the carrier, it is necessary that you:

* Keep the complete outer packaging (shipping box)
* Keep the inner packaging (such as foam/Styrofoam and protective materials)
* Do not dispose of or repair the product before the claim has been completed

In addition, we require clear photos of:

* The outer packaging with the shipping label and tracking code visible
* Any damage to the outer packaging
* The inner packaging as it was upon opening
* The full product
* The damage to the product

⚠️ Please note:
Without these photos and the original packaging, we may be unable to submit a damage claim with the carrier and may not be able to fully assess the situation.

🌍 Shipping to other countries

We currently ship standard within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria. If you'd like to ship to another country, please contact us and we'll find out the shipping costs for you.
