We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and securely. Here's how we do it.
📦 When will my order be shipped?
- Order before 3 PM on a business day and we'll ship it the same day.
- We ship all our packages via PostNL including Track & Trace and insurance.
If this isn't possible due to circumstances, we'll let you know.
🚛 How quickly will my order be delivered?
In most cases, your package will be delivered the next business day . However, we are dependent on the delivery services.
📍 Not at home when delivery is due?
- Your package will be taken to a collection point.
- Not collected or refused = returned.
- We then charge return costs: €8.95 (Netherlands) | €11.95 (Belgium & Germany)
- This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
🏡 Pick up in Veldhoven
Prefer to pick it up yourself? Select "Pick up in Veldhoven" at checkout and send us an email beforehand at info@krokomingo.nl . We'll make sure your order is ready.
📲 Track & Trace
After shipping, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. This way, you'll know exactly where your package is.

📦💥 Damaged delivery
All our orders are carefully packaged and shipped insured. If anything does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue properly.
🌍 Shipping to other countries
We currently ship standard within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria. If you'd like to ship to another country, please contact us and we'll find out the shipping costs for you.
